You can simply email us a clear cancellation statement. This model form mainly applies where a cancellation right still exists, including eligible physical direct orders.

Digital toolkit note

If you bought an instant digital toolkit and, before payment, expressly asked for supply to begin immediately and acknowledged that the 14-day cancellation right would be lost once supply began, that ordinary change-of-mind cancellation right ends when access is supplied. You can still contact us if the files are faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed as agreed; those legal rights are separate.

What happens next?

Once you tell us you are cancelling, you normally have another 14 days to return the goods. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for suitable return postage and packaging. See the Returns & Refunds page for the full process, including refunds and diminished value.
